Last night we had to deal with yet another Covid-19 crisis for a client.  It was not only about digging, digging and digging to get full and clear information in the middle of what is usually a lot of messy bits of info; it was not only about liaising with authorities to understand the right protocol in these times of uncertainty with so many “first time happenings”; it was not only about media relations… Mostly, it was about relaying information to the client’s own team, without creating a complete sense of panic.
