Our Commitment to Inclusion
Maluti is a purpose-driven communication agency. Each year, we take concrete action to mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, translating our values into meaningful impact.
In 2024, this commitment took on a new dimension. As the agency behind the three Glorious concerts—made possible through strong strategic partnerships—we chose to make inclusivity a non-negotiable principle.
In a country where accessibility remains a major challenge, we went beyond intention. We reimagined, adapted, and implemented practical solutions so that people with reduced mobility could fully experience the concerts, despite venues that were not initially designed with accessibility in mind.
From the very first event, the response was clear. Dedicated accessible areas filled throughout the weekend, proving that true accessibility—when thoughtfully and genuinely implemented—creates real participation, not just symbolic inclusion.
We are deeply grateful to the many volunteers whose dedication ensured a welcoming, respectful, and human-centered experience for all.
This initiative reinforces a powerful truth: the greatest barriers are often not physical limitations, but the absence of inclusive structures. And if a single non-negotiable decision can unlock so much joy and connection, imagine the impact if this mindset became the norm.
At Maluti, we remain committed to building a more inclusive society—through action, creativity, and responsibility.
