Be ethical – never ever lie. Treat every journalist with the respect you would want for yourself. Be available. Respect their deadlines. These are Maluti’s media communication guidelines. I view our role as a bridge between our clients and the media - as facilitators of the information flow. Not as a barrier between media and the information. We work extremely hard at not being that.
